- Okonomi Sauce
Grilled rice ball
Ingredients

| bonito flakes | as you like |
| pizza cheese | 30g |
| salt | as needed |
| Otafuku okonomiyaki sauce | 2 teaspoons |
| Aonori (dried seaweed flakes) | as you like |
Instructions
- Mix bonito flakes and salt into warm rice to form rice balls.
- Place the rice balls on non-stick aluminum foil, drizzle with Okonomi Sauce , and top with cheese.
- Bake in a toaster until browned, about 4 minutes, and optionally garnish with aonori (dried seaweed flakes).
