  • Okonomi Sauce

Grilled rice ball

Ingredients

1servings
rice 200g
bonito flakes as you like
pizza cheese 30g
salt as needed
Otafuku okonomiyaki sauce 2 teaspoons
Aonori (dried seaweed flakes) as you like
   



Instructions

  1. Mix bonito flakes and salt into warm rice to form rice balls.
  2. Place the rice balls on non-stick aluminum foil, drizzle with Okonomi Sauce , and top with cheese.
  3. Bake in a toaster until browned, about 4 minutes, and optionally garnish with aonori (dried seaweed flakes).
