Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen

Boiled spinach (Komatsuna) | 10 g |
Sliced tomato | As needed |
Chashu (braised pork) | 2 slices |
Menma (bamboo shoots) | 3 slices |
Soft-boiled egg | 1 piece |
Water | 66 g |
Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup | 334 g |
Instructions
- Boil the noodles in plenty of water and drain Mix water with Otafuku Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen Soup.
- Plate on the ingredients and add Vegan Ponzu
- Add diced tomato to the soup. Place the noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over, and top with sliced tomato, chashu, menma, and a boiled egg. Serve and enjoy!
