Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen

Ingredients

 Diced tomato  40 g
 Boiled spinach (Komatsuna)  10 g
 Sliced tomato  As needed 
 Chashu (braised pork)  2 slices 
 Menma (bamboo shoots)  3 slices
 Soft-boiled egg  1 piece 
 Water  66 g
 Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup  334 g

Instructions

  1.  Boil the noodles in plenty of water and drain Mix water with Otafuku Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen Soup.
  2. Plate on the ingredients and add Vegan Ponzu
  3. Add diced tomato to the soup. Place the noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over, and top with sliced tomato, chashu, menma, and a boiled egg. Serve and enjoy!
