Chilled Shrimp Tonkotsu Ramen

Ingredients

 Chinese noodles  150 grams
 Diced tomato  40 grams
 Boiled shrimp  4 pieces
 Soy milk  70 grams
 Chashu (braised pork)  2 slices
 Menma (bamboo shoots)  3 pieces
 Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup  330 grams

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.
Cook the noodles, drain them, and rinse with cold water.
In a bowl, mix soy milk and Otafuku Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen Soup.
Top with shrimp and serve. Enjoy!
