Tomato Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

 Cooked rice  200 grams
 Coarsely chopped tomato  30 grams
 Bacon (1 cm diced)  30 grams
 Egg  1 piece
 Onion (finely chopped)  30 grams
 Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup  30 grams

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the onion and bacon. Add the eggs and scramble while cooking. When the eggs are about 80% set, add the rice and stir-fry well.
  3. Add the tomato and Otafuku Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen Soup, mixing thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Shape the dish and serve. Enjoy!
