Tomato Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients

| Coarsely chopped tomato | 30 grams |
| Bacon (1 cm diced) | 30 grams |
| Egg | 1 piece |
| Onion (finely chopped) | 30 grams |
| Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup | 30 grams |
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the onion and bacon. Add the eggs and scramble while cooking. When the eggs are about 80% set, add the rice and stir-fry well.
- Add the tomato and Otafuku Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen Soup, mixing thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Shape the dish and serve. Enjoy!
