Tomato Cheese Risotto

Ingredients

 Cooked rice  150 grams
 Onion  25 grams
 Bacon (diced)  50 grams
 Water  200 milliliters
 Diced tomato  30 grams
 Mixed cheese  20 grams
 Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup  20 grams
 Grated cheese  as needed
 Parsley  as needed

Instructions

1.Prepare the ingredients.
2.Heat olive oil in a pot to release the aroma. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, then add the diced bacon and cook.
3.Add water, Otafuku Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen Soup, and tomato, then simmer.
4.Once it starts to boil, add the rice. Be careful not to overcook.
5.Once the rice is well combined, stir in the mixed cheese until it melts and becomes creamy. Top with grated cheese and parsley, and serve. Enjoy!
