Tomato Cheese Risotto
Ingredients

| Onion | 25 grams |
| Bacon (diced) | 50 grams |
| Water | 200 milliliters |
| Diced tomato | 30 grams |
| Mixed cheese | 20 grams |
| Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup | 20 grams |
| Grated cheese | as needed |
| Parsley | as needed |
Instructions
| 1.Prepare the ingredients. |
| 2.Heat olive oil in a pot to release the aroma. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, then add the diced bacon and cook. |
| 3.Add water, Otafuku Tomato Tonkotsu Ramen Soup, and tomato, then simmer. |
| 4.Once it starts to boil, add the rice. Be careful not to overcook. |
| 5.Once the rice is well combined, stir in the mixed cheese until it melts and becomes creamy. Top with grated cheese and parsley, and serve. Enjoy! |
