Tomato Tonkotsu Yakisoba
Ingredients
1servings| Chinese noodles | 1 package |
| Pork (cut into bite-sized pieces) | 60 grams |
| Tomato (2cm x 2cm pieces) | 30 grams |
| Cabbage (3cm x 3cm pieces) | 80 grams |
| Tomato tonkotsu ramen soup | 25 grams |
Instructions
| 1. Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry pork until browned, then add cabbage and cook until coated with oil. |
| 2. Add steamed Chinese noodles, Tomato Tonkotsu ramen soup, and tomato. Stir-fry everything together. |
| 3. Serve on a plate and enjoy. |
