| Otafuku shellfish ramen soup | 40 grams |

| 1.Prepare the ingredients. |
| 2.Boil the noodles, then drain them well in a colander, ensuring all the water is removed. |
| 3.Mix the Otafuku clam ramen soup with hot water thoroughly. |
| 4.Top the soup from step 3 with the noodles, clams, scallop, soft-boiled egg, chashu, and menma. |
