Shellfish Ramen

Ingredients

 Chinese noodles  150 grams
 Boiled clams  5 pieces
 Boiled scallop  1 piece
 Soft-boiled egg  1 piece
 Chashu (braised pork)  20 grams
 Menma (bamboo shoots)  10 grams
 Hot water  360 grams
 Otafuku shellfish ramen soup  40 grams

Instructions

1.Prepare the ingredients.
2.Boil the noodles, then drain them well in a colander, ensuring all the water is removed.
3.Mix the Otafuku clam ramen soup with hot water thoroughly.
4.Top the soup from step 3 with the noodles, clams, scallop, soft-boiled egg, chashu, and menma.
