Seafood Yakisoba

Ingredients
1servingsChinese noodles | 150 grams |
Cabbage (3cm x 3cm pieces) | 50 grams |
Bean sprouts | 50 grams |
Long green onions | 50 grams |
Scallop | 45 grams |
Shrimp | 30 grams |
Otafuku shellfish ramen soup | 25 grams |
Sesame oil | as needed |
Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients. |
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the scallops and shrimp. |
3. Add cabbage, bean sprouts, and long green onions, and stir-fry. Then add the noodles and continue stir-frying. |
4. Once everything is well mixed, pour in the Otafuku clam ramen soup and stir-fry quickly for about 20 seconds. |
5. Serve on a plate and it's ready to enjoy. |
