Seafood Yakisoba
Ingredients
1servings| Chinese noodles | 150 grams |
| Cabbage (3cm x 3cm pieces) | 50 grams |
| Bean sprouts | 50 grams |
| Long green onions | 50 grams |
| Scallop | 45 grams |
| Shrimp | 30 grams |
| Otafuku shellfish ramen soup | 25 grams |
| Sesame oil | as needed |
Instructions
| 1. Prepare the ingredients. |
| 2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the scallops and shrimp. |
| 3. Add cabbage, bean sprouts, and long green onions, and stir-fry. Then add the noodles and continue stir-frying. |
| 4. Once everything is well mixed, pour in the Otafuku clam ramen soup and stir-fry quickly for about 20 seconds. |
| 5. Serve on a plate and it's ready to enjoy. |
