Shellfish Broth Fried Rice
Ingredients
1servings| Cooked rice | 200 grams |
| Green onions (finely chopped) | 10 grams |
| Beaten egg | 1 piece |
| Sesame oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Otafuku shellfish ramen soup | 15 grams |
Instructions
| 1. Prepare the ingredients. |
| 2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the green onions and sauté. |
| 3. Add the beaten egg, and once it’s cooked, add the rice. Stir-fry on high heat. |
| 4. Once the rice is well mixed, add the Otafuku clam ramen soup and quickly stir-fry. Once the flavors are evenly combined, remove from heat. |
| 5. Serve and it's ready to enjoy. |
