Shellfish Broth Takikomi Rice

Ingredients

 Rice  150 grams
 Clams and scallops  50 grams
 Ginger (sliced)  3 grams
 Green onions (finely chopped)  5 grams
 Otafuku shellfish ramen soup  30 grams
 Water  180 grams

Instructions

1. In a rice cooker, add the rinsed rice, clams, scallops, Otafuku clam ramen soup, and water. Cook using the white rice mode.
2. Once cooked, mix everything well with a rice paddle.
3. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with green onions. It's ready to enjoy!
