Nagasaki Champon
Ingredients
1servings| Steamed Chinese noodles (thick) | 1 piece |
| Pork (small cuts) | 70 grams |
| Cabbage (3cm x 3cm pieces) | 50 grams |
| Bean sprouts | 50 grams |
| Carrot (cut into thin strips) | 30 grams |
| Kamaboko (fish cake | thinly sliced) |
| Shrimp | 80 grams |
| Water | 230 grams |
| Milk | 170 grams |
| Otafuku shellfish ramen soup | 30 grams |
Instructions
| 1.Prepare the ingredients. |
| 2.Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, and stir-fry the pork. |
| 3.Add cabbage, carrot, and kamaboko, then stir-fry. Add shrimp, bean sprouts, water, milk, and Otafuku clam ramen soup, and simmer. |
| 4.Once the shrimp is cooked, add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions. |
