Nagasaki Champon

Ingredients

1servings
 Steamed Chinese noodles (thick)  1 piece
 Pork (small cuts)  70 grams
 Cabbage (3cm x 3cm pieces)  50 grams
 Bean sprouts  50 grams
 Carrot (cut into thin strips)  30 grams
 Kamaboko (fish cake  thinly sliced)
 Shrimp  80 grams
 Water  230 grams
 Milk  170 grams
 Otafuku shellfish ramen soup  30 grams

Instructions

1.Prepare the ingredients.
2.Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, and stir-fry the pork.
3.Add cabbage, carrot, and kamaboko, then stir-fry. Add shrimp, bean sprouts, water, milk, and Otafuku clam ramen soup, and simmer.
4.Once the shrimp is cooked, add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
5.Serve and enjoy!
