Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

2servings
Chicken wings / chicken pieces 6–8 pcs
Otafuku Teriyaki Sauce 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Chili flakes a little
Black pepper a little
Jasmine rice as needed
Fried egg 1 pc
Spring onion as needed
   
~ Next Day Toast ~
Leftover chicken as needed
Bread 1 slice
Mayonnaise a little
Mozzarella cheese as needed
Spring onion as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken with teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, chili flakes, and black pepper.
  2. Place into the air fryer and cook at 180°C until golden and juicy.
  3. Serve with jasmine rice, fried egg, and spring onion.
  4. (NEXT DAY) Shred leftover chicken.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on bread, top with chicken and cheese.
  6. Toast until crispy and melted.
  7. Finish with spring onion on top.
