Halal Beef Kimchi One Pan

Ingredients

Beef slices (thin) 200g
Bean sprouts 1 cup
Chinese cabbage(Napa cabbage) 1/4
Otafuku Kimchi Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn 2 tbsp
Shredded cheese 50–80 g
Spring onion a little
Water 1 tbsp
Black pepper as needed
Cooked jasmine rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Place bean sprouts and Chinese cabbage in the center, arrange beef around.
  2. Add corn, cheese, spring onion, kimchi sauce, water, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook until beef is done and cheese melts.
