Halal Chicken Drumettes with Sweet Soy UMAMI

Chicken drumettes 6 pcs
Onion 1/2
Otafuku Sashimi Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Palm sugar (Gula Melaka) 2 tbsp
Local black vinegar 1 tbsp
Water 200 ml
Fresh chili as needed
Spring onion as needed

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, onion, and all seasonings into a rice cooker.
  2. Cook using normal rice cooker mode.
  3. Garnish with fresh chili and spring onion before serving.
