Halal Ginger Chicken with Apple Juice
Ingredients

| Cooking oil | 1 tbsp |
| Shredded cabbage | as needed |

Instructions
- Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces.
- Lightly coat the chicken with wheat flour.
- Mix Otafuku Sashimi Soy Sauce, honey, grated ginger, and 100% apple juice in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until golden and fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion and stir-fry together.
- Add the ginger sauce and toss until the chicken and onion are evenly coated.
- Serve with shredded cabbage and fresh red chili if desired.
