Kamatama Udon (boiled Udon noodles with raw egg)

Udon noodles 180g
Egg 1
green onions (chopped) as needed
Otafuku Premium Tenkasu as needed
Otafuku Tempura Sauce 2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. 1Boil Udon noodles.
  2. 2Drain the water and serve in a bowl.
  3. 3Crack an egg in the center. Sprinkle green onions and tenkasu over the noodles. Put Otafuku Tempura Sauce to finish it.
