Kamatama Udon (Boiled Udon Noodles with Raw Egg)

Ingredients

udon noodles 180g
egg 1
green onions (chopped) as needed
Otafuku Premium Tenkasu as needed
Otafuku Tempura Sauce 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil udon noodles.
  2. Drain the water and serve in a bowl.
  3. Crack an egg in the center. Sprinkle green onions and tenkasu over the noodles. Put Tempura Sauce to finish it.
