Octopus Carpaccio

Ingredients

boiled octopus (sliced) 150g
salad leaves as needed
olive oil 1 tbsp
Otafuku Yuzu Ponzu 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil and Otafuku Yuzu Ponzu together in a bowl.
  2. Serve the boiled octopus in a plate and add ① on top.
  3. Garnish with salad leaves, and serve.
