Petai Squid Curry

| Onion | 1 pc |
| Tomato can | 1 can |
| Coconut milk | 200 ml |
| Plain yogurt | 2 tbsp |
| Curry powder | 1 tbsp |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Ginger | a little |
| Tamarind paste | 1 tsp |
| Otafuku Gochujang Sauce | 2 tsp |
| Cooking oil | as needed |

Instructions
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add curry powder and tomato, then cook briefly.
- Add plain yogurt, coconut milk, tamarind paste, and Otafuku Gochujang Sauce.
- In a separate pan, lightly sauté squid and petai beans.
- Add squid and petai to the curry sauce and simmer briefly.
- Garnish with fresh chili, coriander leaves, and lime before serving.
