Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
2servingsVegan mayonnaise |
New potatoes (or your preferred type of potatoes) |
Olive oil |
Rosemary (optional) |
Salt and pepper |
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss them with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are done, drizzle with vegan mayonnaise and toss gently.
- Optional: Top with chili flakes or garlic powder for extra flavor.
