Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

2servings
Vegan mayonnaise
New potatoes (or your preferred type of potatoes)
Olive oil
Rosemary (optional)
Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss them with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once the potatoes are done, drizzle with vegan mayonnaise and toss gently.
  4. Optional: Top with chili flakes or garlic powder for extra flavor.
