Shoyu Ramen

Ingredients

1 servings
Ramen Base Shoyu 44g
Water 220g
Ramen noodles 150g(dried)
Roast pork 2 slices
Boiled egg 1/2 pc
Seasoned bamboo shoots 20g
Chopped green onions to your taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, mix the ramen base with water and heat. (Dilution ratio: 1 part base to 5 parts water / 6x dilution)
  2. Boil the noodles.
  3. Place the boiled noodles in a bowl and pour the heated soup over them.
  4. Top with roast pork, egg, bamboo shoots, and green onions to finish.
