Spicy Chicken Liver Simmer
Ingredients

| Milk | as needed(optional) |
| Lemongrass | 1 stalk |
| Ginger | a little |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Curry leaves | a few |
| Fresh red chili | a little |
| Palm sugar (Gula Melaka) | 2 tbsp |
| Soy sauce (Sashimi soy) | 4 tbsp |
| Water | a little |
Instructions
- Rinse chicken liver and soak in milk for about 30 minutes (optional).
- Add all ingredients into a pan.
- Simmer over medium heat until the liquid reduces and thickens.
