Ingredients

Spaghetti 160g
Chicken sausage 120g
Onion, carrot, green pepper small amount
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Kicap manis 2 tbsp
Otafuku Kimchi Sauce 1 tbsp
Kaffir lime leaves 2–3 leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta (add kaffir lime leaves if available).
  2. Stir-fry sausage and vegetables.
  3. Add sauces, mix with pasta, adjust with pasta water.

  • Kimchi sauce adds Japanese UMAMI with a slight spicy kick.
