Stir Fry Pasta

Penne 120g
Olive oil 5ml
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 clove
Minced meat 100g
Shimeji mushrooms (cut in bite size pieces) 80g
Yakisoba sauce 30ml
Grated cheese
to taste
Parsley to taste
  1. 1Chop the garlic finely and cut the Shimeji mushrooms into bite size pieces.
  2. 2Add the olive oil and garlic to the frying pan and turn on the heat.
  3. 3When the oil becomes fragrant, add minced meat, Shimeji mushrooms and Yakisoba sauce, and mix them well.
  4. 4Boil the penne in plenty of hot water with salt (as needed), drain off the water, add them to ③, and mix all well.
  5. 5Serve on a plate, and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
