Stir Fry Pasta
|Garlic (finely chopped)||1 clove|
|Shimeji mushrooms (cut in bite size pieces)||80g|
- 1Chop the garlic finely and cut the Shimeji mushrooms into bite size pieces.
- 2Add the olive oil and garlic to the frying pan and turn on the heat.
- 3When the oil becomes fragrant, add minced meat, Shimeji mushrooms and Yakisoba sauce, and mix them well.
- 4Boil the penne in plenty of hot water with salt (as needed), drain off the water, add them to ③, and mix all well.
- 5Serve on a plate, and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
