Stir Fry Pasta

Olive oil | 5ml |
Garlic (finely chopped) | 1 clove |
Minced meat | 100g |
Shimeji mushrooms (cut in bite size pieces) | 80g |
Yakisoba sauce | 30ml |
Grated cheese |

Parsley | to taste |
Instructions
- 1Chop the garlic finely and cut the Shimeji mushrooms into bite size pieces.
- 2Add the olive oil and garlic to the frying pan and turn on the heat.
- 3When the oil becomes fragrant, add minced meat, Shimeji mushrooms and Yakisoba sauce, and mix them well.
- 4Boil the penne in plenty of hot water with salt (as needed), drain off the water, add them to ③, and mix all well.
- 5Serve on a plate, and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
