Takoyaki flour (Takoyaki set) 1 bag

octopus (chopped) 160 g
green onion (chopped) 10 g

Otafuku Takoyaki Sauce

  1. 1Put water,Takoyaki flour and eggs into a bowl and mix well.
  2. 2Heat a Takoyaki maker (200℃)and add oil (200℃)and add oil to each hole.
  3. 3Fill them up halfway with the batter and add the ingredients.
    Then, top up the holeswith the batter.
  4. 4Bake for about 2min.Poke the outside of the balls with a skewer and flip over.
  5. 5Keep rotating the balls for about 4min, until golden brown.
  6. 6Dish them up on a plate.Put Otafuku Takoyaki Sauce on Takoyaki.
    Add some mayonnaise and green seaweed on top as you like.
