Teriyaki Mayo Salmon

Ingredients

1servings
Salmon 1 piece
Onion 1/4
Enoki & shimeji mushrooms as needed
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Otafuku Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic a little
Fresh chili a little
Curry leaves a little
Cheese optional

Instructions

  1. Place onion and mushrooms on foil, put salmon on top.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, and garlic, then spread over salmon.
  3. Add curry leaves (and cheese if you like), wrap and cook until done.
