Teriyaki Mayo Salmon
Ingredients

| Onion | 1/4 |
| Enoki & shimeji mushrooms | as needed |
| Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp |
| Otafuku Teriyaki Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Garlic | a little |
| Fresh chili | a little |
| Curry leaves | a little |
| Cheese | optional |
Instructions
- Place onion and mushrooms on foil, put salmon on top.
- Mix mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, and garlic, then spread over salmon.
- Add curry leaves (and cheese if you like), wrap and cook until done.
