Tofu Katsu

batter water wheat flour |
100 ml 150g |
salt and pepper | as needed |
bread crumbs (panko) | as needed |
Otafuku Tonkatsu Sauce | 1 Tbsp |
Instructions
- 1Mix water and wheat flour to make batter.
- 2Season the Tofu with salt and pepper
- 3After coating the tofu pieces in the batter made in ①, coat with bread crumbs and fry in oil at 170℃.
- 4Once there is a little color to the fried tofu, it is ready.
