Vegan Okonomiyaki

Ingredients:1servings
wheat flour 50g
almond milk 75g
kale(chopped) 50g
mushroom(sliced) 30g
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 40g
Instructions
  1. 1Mix the almond milk and wheat flour in a medium sized bowl.
  2. 2Add kale and mushrooms to the bowl.
  3. 3Heat frying pan on medium heat, add a small amount of oil.
  4. 4Add the mixture to the pan, spread it in the pan in a circular shape.
  5. 5Bake until golden brown on each side. (it will take roughly five minutes each side)
  6. 6Once it is cooked, it is ready to plate up.
    ※ If you prefer you can add mayonnaise and dried seaweed powder
