Yakisoba

Ingredients:1servings
cabbage (diced) 50g
onion (sliced) 20g
carrots (sliced) 20g
shrimp (peeled) 30g
yakisoba noodles
(Chinese noodles)
150g
aonori as required
Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce
(adjust the amount of sauce according to the volume of the noodles and vegetables)

Instructions
  1. 1Heat oil in a large skillet, saute shrimp and vegetables until cooked.( 3to5 min )
  2. 2Add noodles and stir-fry thoroughly.
  3. 3Put Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce and stir-fry for one more minute.
  4. 4Dish up the Yakisoba on a plate and sprinkle green seaweed and green onion on top as you like.
