Nitsume is a thick type of seasoning for sushi ingredients, such as Unagi in straight use. It is well balanced with sweetness and soy sauce flavor. It stays on top of sushi and make it look glossy and nicer. Good for any kinds of Sushi Rolls, Unagi and stir-fried menus. In addition, this sauce is given a good combination with mayonnaise for sushi rolls.
