Otafuku Sushi Vinegar 2Tbsp


  1. Cut the carrot into thin strips and sprinkle with salt.
  2. When wilted, soak in water and squeeze out the water.
  3. Add Otafuku Sushi Vinegar and sesame oil to ②.
  4. Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and dried parsley to taste.
