Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

1servings
cooked rice 200g
Otafuku Sushi Vinegar  30cc
shiso leaves 2pcs
salmon sashimi 50g
salmon roe 30g
shoyu as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix up cooked rice with Otafuku Sushi Vinegar .
  2. When the rice cools down, put it in the bowl.
  3. Put and decorate salmon sashimi, shiso leaves and salmon roe nicely on top.
  4. Pour Shoyu over as you need.
