cucumber 2
carrot 1/4
bell pepper 1/4
celery 1/2
bay leaves as needed
red chili pepper as needed
Otafuku Rakkyo Vinegar 100ml

as needed


  1. Chop the cucumbers, carrots, and bell peppers into chunks. Remove the strings from the celery and cut into 1.5 cm widths.
  2. Put the ingredients from (1) into a container (or plastic bag), and add the bay leaves, red chili peppers, and the pickling vinegar to marinade. Store in the refrigerator.
