Korean Potato Stew

sliced beef 80g
potato 2-3pcs (250g),
onion 1/2pc
carrot 1/4pc
green onion or chive as you like
cooking oil as needed
Otafuku Gochujang Sauce 50g
water 200ml
  1. 1Cut beef, potato, carrot and green onion into bite size.
    Cut onion into wedges.
  2. 2Heat a pot with oil and stir-fry the ingredients besides green onion till cooked through.
  3. 3Put Gochujang Sauce and water in it and simmer in medium heat for a while.
  4. 4Add some green onion at finishing part.
