Korean-style Udon

udon noodle 1 portion(120-150g)
squid 50g
cabbage 50g
carrot 20g
green onion 10g
cooking oil as needed
Otafuku Gochujang Sauce 40g
  1. 1Cut squid and green onion into bite size.
  2. 2Cut cabbage and carrot into strip.
  3. 3Heat a frying pan with oil and stir-fry all the ingredients in order of squid, carrot, cabbage and udon.
  4. 4When the ingredients are cooked through, put green onion and Gochujang Sauce in it and toss well to mix.
    ※Squid can be chicken or beef.
