Spare Ribs

Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce 60g
cooking sake 25ml
  1. 1Rub Otafuku Yakisoba sauce and cooking sake into the spare ribs, and let the ribs marinade for 1-2 hours.
  2. 2Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan.
    Thoroughly drain (1), setting aside the marinade, and fry until browned.
  3. 3Add the marinade from (2) and two tablespoons of water, cover with a lid.
    Turn down the heat and simmer, turning the spare ribs occasionally.
  4. 4Once the spare ribs have cooked through, remove the lid and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
    Plate up and garnish to serve.
