- 1Rub Otafuku Yakisoba sauce and cooking sake into the spare ribs, and let the ribs marinade for 1-2 hours.
- 2Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan.
Thoroughly drain (1), setting aside the marinade, and fry until browned.
- 3Add the marinade from (2) and two tablespoons of water, cover with a lid.
Turn down the heat and simmer, turning the spare ribs occasionally.
- 4Once the spare ribs have cooked through, remove the lid and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Plate up and garnish to serve.
