Tenshinhan (Crab omlet rice with starchy sauce)

Rice 180g
Egg 2
Crab meat
(or imitation crab)
Leek(chopped) as needed
Salt & Pepper as needed
Vegetable oil as needed
Otafuku Tempura Sauce 3 tbsp
  1. 1Beat eggs, add the crab meat and salt & pepper, then mix well.
  2. 2Heat the oil on a fryng pan, pour the egg mixture in it. Cook it in a circle while stirring, and place it on the rice in a bowl.
  3. 3Put Otafuku Tempura Sauce and chopped leek on top.
