Tenshinhan (Crab omlet rice with starchy sauce)

Crab meat
(or imitation crab) |

Leek(chopped) | as needed |
Salt & Pepper | as needed |
Vegetable oil | as needed |
Otafuku Tempura Sauce | 3 tbsp |
Instructions
- 1Beat eggs, add the crab meat and salt & pepper, then mix well.
- 2Heat the oil on a fryng pan, pour the egg mixture in it. Cook it in a circle while stirring, and place it on the rice in a bowl.
- 3Put Otafuku Tempura Sauce and chopped leek on top.
